We have been coming to Austria for many years, but for the first time in Carinthia. Both Carinthia and the house have been very much to our liking. The house is in beautiful surroundings. A lovely house and fully equipped. The house is spacious and tastefully decorated, has 2 spacious bathrooms, a large garden and a balcony. You can walk to the swimming pool and the center in no time.

You can take beautiful walks in the area. We also cycled by bike, via the Gail, towards Villach. A nice, easy route. The village is located in the Gailtal but also at the beginning of the Lesachtal. This valley is definitely worth exploring. In the Presseggersee you can enjoy swimming and supping.

What a lovely chalet in a beautiful setting! The chalet is modern and fully equipped such as spacious bathrooms, private parking and it has a nice large terrace with trampoline. The children went to the swimming pool every day which is just around the corner. We have been to Nassfeld a number of times and also drove to Italy via the pass. In short, highly recommended and we will definitely come back next winter!

Recently stayed in the chalet with a group of friends of 5 people. Spacious house and nicely decorated. Large terrace with spacious private garden. Dutch TV available, good wifi connection and good beds. Pleasantly received by the caretaker. The owner responds quickly to questions.

We have cycled a lot in the mountains with our cycling club. From the garden you can see the mountains of Italy and Austria.

We cycled a lot around Kötschach, towards Italy, Nassfeld and Lienz. Had great days!

Since it is possible to travel to Austria again, we went. We had wonderful days and were one of the first guests in the house.

The house is luxurious and fully equipped. The living room is spacious and you can walk straight into the large garden. Our little ones were able to play there.

The bathrooms are spacious and include a walk-in shower. A bread roll service is available. Every day, the sandwiches were placed early at the front door.

You look from the living room and garden towards the mountains. The swimming pool is within walking distance. Ideal for the kids. We had great weather and went to the Weissensee and Presseggersee: you can easily drive there. Highly recommended! The surroundings of Kötchach are very beautiful and there is a lot to do. The Gailtal and Lesachtal are magnificent. The house is about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the center of Kötschach but also from Mauthen.

The contact with the owner was pleasant. There was a quick response to our questions. Upon arrival, the caretaker was already waiting for us.

We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be back.

Breakfast in the morning on the balcony or on the terrace in front of the house. You can even use a sandwich service, which we did. The swimming pool is very close, you can walk to it in no time. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a lot to do. The center is within walking distance.
We have already booked the chalet for next year!
