Alpensuss

The rent does not include additional costs for cleaning/service, bed linen, tourist tax, energy costs and the deposit. The energy costs will be deducted from the deposit afterwards.

We provide made-up beds and offer free use of: internet/wifi, washing machine and dryer, 1 set of kitchen linen, stocked toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, olive oil and herbs, household waste disposal.

Saturday is a busy changeover day for our caretaker, which is why we like to choose the other days of the week as changeover days. Arrival and departure on Saturdays is only possible on request.

Cancel
If you as a tenant, for whatever reason, cannot, do not want or will not accept Chalet Alpensuss on the agreed date, you must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.

If you as a tenant cancel the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, 30% of the rental price remains due;

If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the start date, 40% remains due and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period, 50% remains due.

If you only inform us on the start date or during the rental period that you will no longer use Alpensuss, the full rental price remains due.
