Hello and have fun in the Gailtal!

We rent out our comfortable home in beautiful Gaitail. The house has three bedrooms, two toilets/bathrooms and a living-dining room. In addition, it has a south-facing terrace, as well as a fireplace and sauna!

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer.

Internet, flat-screen TV, Msic system and satellite reception are of course also part of the equipment.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. Adjacent a toilet.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms. A spacious bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, as well as exit to the balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains. This view is especially pleasant after waking up in the morning. Another bedroom has two single beds.
Also on the upper floor is the spacious bathroom with washing machine.

The house has a south-west facing garden with a children's swing and lawn.
Garden furniture and BBQ are on site.

There are various shops in the village, as well as a ski slope for the winter and an indoor and outdoor pool with a fun slide and wellness facilities. In summer, our holiday guests can get free entry to the swimming pool for two people

The region has already made a name for itself as an organic region, so there are sufficient opportunities for natural nutrition.

In the neighboring village there are horseback riding facilities and there is a climbing and shooting center.

Italy and the Nassfeld ski region can be reached in 20 - 30 minutes.
