Villa Sonnenpiste

Villa Sonnenpiste is a detached house in the pleasant village of Kötschach-Mauthen in beautiful Carinthia.

Its location opposite the ski slope and 200 meters from the public swimming pool makes the house the ideal holiday destination for a wide audience. Skiing in winter, hiking, swimming, sauna, mountain biking, doing nothing and enjoying the sun on the spacious south-facing terrace ... there is something to do for everyone. And if you go on winter sports with the kids ... the local ski school gives ski lessons on the slopes opposite the house.

The village center of Kötschach-Mauthen is easy to reach on foot from Villa Sonnenpiste and has 3 large supermarkets and a number of cozy shops and restaurants. You don't have to lack anything...

The house:
Villa Sonnenpiste is a luxurious, atmospheric home that also has a complete basement! As a result, the house consists of 3 floors, so there is a lot of space in the house! The cellar can also be reached from the outside by stairs, which is very nice for storage of ski equipment in winter.

On the ground floor you enter the spacious hall where the toilet and extra shower room are located.
Through the hall you walk through to the attractively furnished living room with an open kitchen!
The seating area is cozy and furnished to the owners' own taste with a spacious three-seater sofa and three luxurious armchairs! There is a satellite TV and a wood stove.
There are 8 comfortable dining room chairs at the large dining table!

NB: There is a high chair for children from the moment they can sit and a high chair for children from 3 years.

The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a spacious fridge with freezer compartment. Kettle and filter coffee maker are also available in the kitchen.

On the first floor are 3 bedrooms. These are all equipped with a double bed and large wardrobe. Two bedrooms have access to the balcony with a view over the slopes!
The bathroom on this floor has a bath, shower, toilet and double sink!

In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner and drying rack that you can use and there is an extra bedroom with bunk beds and a pull-out bed! In a separate room, the owner has a large billiard table that you can use.

The house can be fitted with stair gates! These are not standard confirmed, so please indicate when booking if you wish to use them. The caretaker can then confirm them before arrival!

There are 2 camping beds with mattress in the house! Bedding for this must be brought yourself

There is a large carport attached to the house and the spacious terrace has a table with chairs! There are 2 sunbeds in the house and 2 large umbrellas.

Please note: to enter the house you have to take 2 steps!
