Luxury 6 person chalet with a spacious terrace with a priceless view of the Presseggersee and surrounding mountains. The living room has a cozy sitting area with a decorative fireplace and smart TV. You can comfortably sit with 6 people at the large oval dining table. In the open kitchen you will find an oven and dishwasher. The chalet has 3 separate bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, but there is also a separate toilet. Outside a sun terrace with garden furniture and parasol. You can park 1 car at the house and there is free wifi. Within walking distance a beautiful swimming pool and playground. Cozy restaurant within walking distance. Also free use of indoor swimming pool. Both in winter and summer many activities nearby. Summer: abseiling, cycling, kayaking, summer tobogganing, rafting, hiking
