Alpensuss with air conditioning and charging station

Alpensuss is a 2 to 6-person comfortable, modern and luxuriously furnished chalet with 2 complete bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, 1 with sink and 1 with ensuite bathroom. 

This detached holiday home is located in a lovely village in the west of Carinthia, the sunniest province of Austria, at the foot of the Plöckenpass to Italy.

The driveway has its own charging station, type 2 with max 11 Kwh charging capacity. We settle the final charging costs afterwards with a credit of 10 euros per day to be paid in advance.

In winter, you can hit the slopes from Alpensuss. The drag lift and the ski school are about 50 meters away. There is a chairlift about 400 metres away. In the summer there are plenty of activities to do in the vicinity, but you can also just enjoy walking and cycling. Also 300 meters from Alpensuss is the Aquarena, a swimming paradise with a wellness center and tennis courts. Within a five-minute walk you will find supermarkets, shops and various (café) restaurants.

The chalet is sustainably built and compact, smart and tastefully furnished. The living room has air conditioning with which you can heat and ventilate in addition to cooling. Thanks to a smart layout of the chalet and the use of good materials, we offer quality and comfort.

The bedrooms on the first floor are larger than average and have luxurious box-spring beds (180 x 200). One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom/toilet and the other has a sink combination and plenty of space for our free baby cot.

The downstairs bathroom is extra spacious with a walk-in shower and an infrared panel (Sunshower) that pampers the muscles after an active day. An extra towel radiator offers extra convenience. 

The kitchen is modern and very fully equipped, because we love healthy food and cooking with pleasure, even during the holidays.

The dining area has a comfortable corner sofa for long and cozy evenings. 

In the summer you can eat outside at the picnic table under the large awning and for enthusiasts there is a BBQ. To chill out even more, you can click a hanging chair on the eaves in warm weather.

Then choose a different arrival day than Saturday in high season, because we have agreed this with our manager. Checking out on Saturday is no problem.
