Casa Chibichibi

This beautiful house is located in Paradera, very centrally located on the island. It is a friendly, very safe and quiet neighborhood.
It is a short distance from Eagle Beach ( voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world ) and the other beaches. Also downtown Oranjestad, Casibari Rock Formation & Airport are about 5-10 minutes by car. Having a car is recommended, but there is a supermarket, ATM for ATM and a number of local shops within walking distance.
This house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the main house and another 2-person bedroom and bathroom in the annex, which is separate from the main house. It has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a covered porch on two sides of the house. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The bathrooms have hot water showers.
This house has a large swimming pool in the garden. Excellent for cooling off on a hot day.
Casa Chibihibi offers a washing machine, free WiFi, cooler, towels etc. The patio is large and has a BBQ grill.
The house is completely fenced so you have a lot of privacy.
A spacious parking lot in front of the site.
Smoking is allowed outside the house.

Attention :
All prices include $ 49.00 per week for water and electricity . This will be enough for normal use of 3 people.
All prices are exclusive of € 65.00 for final cleaning after check-out.
There is a deposit of €250 to be paid upon booking; this will be used to settle any additional consumption of water and electricity. This deposit will be charged with the 2nd payment of the booking. When booking for more than 4 persons, a surcharge of €12 per night will be charged.

You rent the house and the annex is therefore at your disposal. There are no other tenants on the property with you.
