Kunuku Villa is a beautiful modern villa located in a quiet residential area of Modanza but 7 minutes drive to Palm Beach and 10 minutes drive to Oranjestad. The villa features 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite wardrobes, 3 bathrooms, 1 separate wc and a well-equipped kitchen and living room, also air-conditioned. 3rd bathroom was completed in July 2022 and the photos have now been added. There is a cozy covered porch overlooking the beautiful private pool and garden landscape. We also offer free WI-FI, indoors and outdoors. In addition, there are beach towels and a cooler to take with you to the beach. The highlight of this home is the outdoor space, perfect for lazy days by the pool and outdoor dining.

If possible, we offer our guests a late check-out so that they can prepare for their late return flight.

2020: Awnings have been added to the porch and updates in the bathrooms.
