The villa is fully equipped. It has recently been completely painted, has new furniture, new beds and new bedding. We have taken care of comfort: comfortable chairs, sofa and excellent beds.

The villa is equipped for a stay of 8 people. The main house has 3 bedrooms and there is an apartment at the back of the garden with its own bedroom/bathroom and small kitchen.

All bedrooms are of course air-conditioned and there is free reliable and fast WIFI.

The living room has a large comfortable sitting area and cable TV, with IPTV, thousands of channels (all well-known Dutch channels, but also countless American channels and of course the local channels).
Inside is also a dining table with 6 chairs.
The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer and dispenser. A microwave, stove, gas oven, coffee maker and dishwasher are also provided. There is sufficient cutlery, plates, tea towels, pots and pans, etc. available.

Through the double doors you enter the covered veranda, oriented east so perfectly located for the Aruban tropical breeze. You have a beautiful view of the tropical garden from the veranda with dining table and sitting area. The garden has a large swimming pool and there is also a heated Jacuzzi.

The villa has three spacious fully furnished air-conditioned bedrooms. Bed linen is provided. All bedrooms have closets to store your belongings.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms share the bathroom. Plenty of bath towels are provided in the bathrooms and there is plenty of space to store your toiletries.

There is also a washing machine for your comfort.
Beach towels, cool box and beach chairs are provided to take to the beach.
And for BBQ lovers there is a (gas) BBQ available
The property is fully gated with lots of privacy and secure on-site parking.
