Cozy private villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious tropical garden with private swimming pool. The villa is walled so there is plenty of privacy. There is a large covered porch with a lounge area, a dining table and a bar. The villa is centrally located on the island in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There is a supermarket just outside Paradera Villa Park and the beautiful beaches and activities can be reached within 15 minutes. The use of the large gas BBQ is included with your stay. Beach chairs and a cooler are also available for a day at the beach. Book our private dive instructor (or guide) and get the first lessons in the pool 'at home'! Relax on the sun loungers or have a drink at the bar... enjoy your stay!

Hello, my name is Anita Nijhuis. My husband Erik and I have been living in Aruba for seven years now. We are addicted to this beautiful island. We love diving and lionfish hunting. Erik is a dive instructor, private dives and certifications are available during your stay. In the Netherlands I studied Management Tourism. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Including water and electricity, gas bbq, pool service, towels, bed linen.
Please note! The price is not per person, but for the whole house.

The water and electricity consumption is based on max. 4 people. From 4 people € 20.00 per night per person (5 or 6) extra will be charged.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
