Holiday villa a few minutes from the beaches and golf course (Tierra del Sol 4 minutes). For 6 persons, an apartment for two persons can be rented separately. (Can only be rented including a house). Equipped with a large living room with smart TV. Spacious kitchen which is fully equipped (dishwasher - coffee machine - microwave - large fridge freezer - oven - stove - toaster). There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own walk-in closet followed by one of the two bathrooms as well as a space to work on. The other two bedrooms are spacious and bright and share the second bathroom.
Outside is a large veranda with garden and lounge set and a gas barbecue. In the beautifully landscaped garden you will also find the new LED-lit swimming pool. Sun loungers are available. Also in the garden is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning. Quiet location on the edge of nature.
Apartment has a bedroom and bathroom including air conditioning. (no kitchen facility in app.).

We are Johan and Ineke Siemensma.
We come to Aruba for years and in 2008 we bought Safir 15 and have since been constantly trying to improve it, including between we have a pool to build and it is what we are concerned almost compleet.Daar I almost stop working, we are mainly in the winter months longer verblijven.Als the free rent we like.

This is the entrance to our villa park where your villa is located.
The villa is detached and on one level with swimming pool and 4 bedrooms all including bathroom and toilet and a separate guest toilet.
The private swimming pool has complete privacy and is adjacent to the veranda behind the villa.
You can relax outside and the fans provide a nice cooling breeze.
There is a nice lounge set on the veranda for maximum comfort.
You can also dine outside.
The large kitchen is adjacent to the veranda and is equipped with all cooking facilities including a large fridge and freezer.
