Our luxurious 1-bedroom ground floor apartment is part of a gated and secure 26-unit apartment complex called Wacamaya, in Rooi Santo, just a 15-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the beach! The apartment, with secure parking, has everything to give you an unforgettable stay in Aruba.

It is located close to beaches that are among the most beautiful beaches in the world, such as Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, Malmok Beach, Arashi Beach and near the trendiest American hotel chains such as Mariott and The Ritz Carlton. Also nearby is the beautiful Tierra del Sol golf course, as well as the Palm Beach Plaza shopping center.
For your daily shopping you can go to the Ting Wei supermarket diagonally opposite the apartment complex.
If you want to use a washing machine, there are plenty of laundries available in Aruba.
Also close to the apartment.

There is a bedroom with a king size bed (new in April 2024!) and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. In our fully equipped brand new kitchen it will be a pleasure to prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner with a 5-burner gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, oven, blender, American refrigerator and all cooking utensils.
The sink has a double sink and dishwashing liquid and hand soap are provided.

We further offer:

From the private terrace you look out over the beautiful, recently renovated tropical swimming pool with jacuzzi, which is surrounded by sunbeds, with a beautiful waterfall, in a fantastic large tropical garden with various types of palm trees. Truly a feast for the eyes.
There are 3 barbecues for shared use, and there is a lounge and seating area. Wonderful to relax.

Public transport in Aruba is limited. To really discover the island, we recommend renting a car! We can selflessly mediate for car rental.

The apartment is non-smoking, pets are not allowed.
