The location
This villa is located on the luxurious Tierra del Sol Resort & Golf park. There is 24/7 security and you have an unobstructed view over the beautiful golf course. It is only a 5 minute drive from the High Rise area and its beautiful beaches, Malmok, Arashi and Boca Catalina.
The plot
The villa is ideal for a stay for 4 people, but if a 5th or 6th person comes along, we can place an extra bed in the bedroom. In this detached villa, with beautifully landscaped garden and swimming pool, you will find everything you need and that makes it very pleasant. The kitchen and living room both open onto the veranda. This veranda is actually an extension of the living space and it is very nice to live there. The 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, have air conditioning. This brings the total plot to approximately 700 square meters.
