Rent your amazing villa, located near Tierra del Sol golf course and Malmok, playground for the rich. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, open kitchen, spacious living room (with central air conditioning) and a large veranda to watch TV. Your luxury villa is home to a family ready for some fun. The pool sparkles in the sun. We have an apartment (fourth bedroom) on the property with its own entrance and bathroom, so that family or friends can come over. Nothing stands in the way of fun time.

The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet close to all the amenities you need, such as supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. In addition, the house is equipped with air conditioning and wifi, so you can enjoy a comfortable and modern stay. Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
