This modern four bedroom villa is a 2000 sq ft private villa on the ground floor that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The spacious garden offers a large swimming pool with four sun loungers. The villa opens onto the furnished shaded terrace with a lounge set, dining area and built-in charcoal barbecue: ideal for outdoor dining.

This luxury villa in Aruba is fully air-conditioned and has a Bluetooth sound system, a spacious living room with modern interiors and a flat-screen TV. There is a fully equipped open kitchen with kitchen bar and dining area. The large sliding doors in the living room provide access to the garden and provide a pleasant breeze. All four bedrooms have a king size bed, closet and a flat screen TV in each bedroom. The en-suite bathrooms offer a shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer in each bathroom.

The villa is part of Merlot Villas Aruba, a luxury villa park of 14 villas, enclosed and closed by a gate and equipped with lots of greenery. This offers a lot of privacy for the guests.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation conditions
 To confirm your booking we require a 50% deposit.

Flexible policy
Revised cancellation policy; The confirmation amount of 50% will be paid after
cancellation up to two (2) weeks before the arrival date returned. On that
transfer costs are deducted. Cancellations due to
Covid related issues within two weeks prior to arrival
only charged the confirmation amount, but you run out of money
never lose it because this amount can be used for a future
reservation.

Remaining balance
The remaining balance due including 500 Euro security deposit is due upon arrival
getting paid. When paying by credit card or PayPal, we have to add 5%
charge transfer costs. Ask for it without obligation
alternatives. The deposit will be refunded upon departure if none
damage to the villa has been done.

Discount for rent from 2 weeks or longer
You will receive a 10% discount on the total amount of the invoice for a booking of 2 weeks or longer.

This is the entrance to our villa park where your villa is located.
The villa is detached and on one level with swimming pool and 4 bedrooms all including bathroom and toilet and a separate guest toilet.
The private swimming pool has complete privacy and is adjacent to the veranda behind the villa.
You can relax outside and the fans provide a nice cooling breeze.
There is a nice lounge set on the veranda for maximum comfort.
You can also dine outside.
The large kitchen is adjacent to the veranda and is equipped with all cooking facilities including a large fridge and freezer.
