Paraiso di Sol is a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment. Because this apartment is built on the side of his yard, you have more privacy than the other apartments. It is the second apartment on the left and first you arrive at the private terrace with a dining table and accompanying chairs, ideal for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or, for example, a games evening. When you enter, you immediately enter the living room with sofa and TV. The kitchen, complete and fully equipped, is located in the same room. On the left, right door is the bedroom and it is equipped with air conditioning and has 2 double beds, there is plenty of storage space. On the other side you will find the bathroom, complete with a sink, toilet and a shower. The apartment has all the equipment to have a wonderful holiday. The clean and fresh atmosphere makes it a great place to stay. A wonderful apartment for guests who value their privacy.

Garden & Swimming Pool:
You can use the swimming pool, bar and/or barbecue, which are shared with other guests of the resort (if present). Enjoy the peace and nature in your own garden or get away to explore the island.

My name is Richelle Vreriks and I have been living on this beautiful island since November 2016. I started in the catering industry and to this day I still enjoy doing this at Bugaloe. Since July 2023, I have taken the step to take over "LA FELICIDAD", and from that moment on my heart is in the heart of Aruba, Paradera. I really enjoy good food or a nice drink with friends and acquaintances, the beach, dancing and Bugaloe where I still enjoy working.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th day and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price.
cancellation between the 59th day and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation between the 29th day and the day before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
