We are Jermaine and Malou. Together with our son and daughter we have lived in Villa Oasis for 5 years. We recently built a new house and decided to rent out Villa Oasis. Villa Oasis is located in a very convenient location with restaurants, hotel area / beaches and superfood (Dutch jumbo supermarket) within walking distance. Offering a fantastic stay during your holiday is our goal!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
