Nos cas stima means our beloved home. We built our holiday home on the spot where our grandparents used to live. The house is non-smoking and has a spacious layout, ideal for large families. The three bedrooms have air conditioning. The house is equipped with everything you need during your stay such as a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, TV, beach chairs, ice jug and much more. The house is centrally located. So you are not far from anywhere because there is so much more to see in Aruba than just the beautiful white beaches. From our house you can easily move to the beaches and other places of interest. Within walking distance you will find a supermarket, bus stop, launderette and for the enthusiasts a Wendy's. We recommend renting a car to get the most out of your holiday. An additional advantage is that one of the owners, the manager, lives close to your holiday home. For long stays and if desired, interim cleaning can take place in consultation with the manager.

As brother and sister, we decided in 2018 to build a beautiful holiday home on the former site of our grandfather and grandmother's home. Built with love hence the name Nos Cas Stima (Our beloved house). Several times a year our family enjoys their vacation and in the meantime we offer our holiday home for rent so that you can enjoy our beautiful island of Aruba.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price includes energy costs (gas, water and electricity) and taxes. The price is based on 2 people. If you come with more people (maximum 6 people) we will charge you € 25 pp per week for extra energy costs. 
When booking, 25% of the rent must be paid. The remainder must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book within 4 weeks before arrival, the entire rent must be paid immediately.
In case of cancellation, no refund will be made of payments made. We therefore advise you to take out good travel and cancellation insurance with an insurance company.

Additional costs:
The final cleaning is € 75, -
Deposit € 200,- 
Check-in is possible after 16:00. Check out before 11:00 in the morning.
