Unique Aruban style house for 6 people located in the beautiful, luxurious and quiet neighborhood of Monte Verde Residence! Unwind on this beautiful island and visit Oranjestad, its beaches and untouched nature from one central location (everything is within 5-10 minutes!).

The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/living room and has all the necessary amenities:
- air conditioning in all bedrooms
- fridge / stove, microwave, kettle in kitchen
- washer / dryer in separate laundry room
- flat screen TV incl. Chromecast and IP TV (digital TV) in the living room
- Entire house with fiber optic internet incl. good WiFi reception in and around the house

Towels, bed linen and beach equipment are provided at the property. In addition, you have access to a washing machine / dryer.

The house also has a covered terrace including furniture, a fully finished garden around the house with a large artificial lawn at the rear. You can park your (rental) car right next to the house.
