Casa Noa is a modern and comfortable detached 4 person holiday home, built in the quiet area of Papilon and located just a few minutes drive to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and island activities.
The house has 2 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has, in addition to box-spring beds, air conditioning and a 39-inch smart TV, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom is also equipped with box spring beds and air conditioning and has a separate modern bathroom. Wardrobes are available, all beds can be separated and the bathrooms are equipped with hot water installation by means of a solar boiler.
The kitchen, dining, living room are well appointed. The modern kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker. There is also a large fridge / freezer.
In the living room there is a 40 inch smart TV with a Dutch channel BVN.
Outside is a BBQ and dining set for 4 people. In the backyard is the swimming pool with 4 sunbeds and an outdoor lounge set.
In the storage room there is a washing machine and outside there is enough space to hang your laundry.
Beach towels, beach chairs, cool box, towels, bed linen, iron and ironing board are provided.
Furthermore, the house is equipped with an alarm system (cameras) and wifi on the front and right side.
Check in from 15:00 and check out 12:00.
