About Cas Rooi Bosal
This original Aruban house is located on Rooi Bosal, a quiet street between Oranjestad and Santa Cruz. The house is located on a private plot of 2 hectares of land that is otherwise undeveloped and only covered with local plants (including cacti, aloe vera). The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a hill with beautiful views of the island. On this site you have total privacy and you can relax after a day of holidaying or working in the new lounge area or hammock.

About the house
Main house:
Spacious and bright living room with fully equipped and new kitchen (including modern oven, induction hob, blender, Nespresso).
Bedroom with a queen bed, small desk and storage closet.
Modern bathroom with toilet, rain shower, sink (both with hot water) and linen cupboard.
At the front of the house there is a covered terrace with a dining table and a very comfortable lounge area where you can watch the sun set. At the back of the house is a very spacious terrace. A hammock and an outdoor shower complete the perfect picture.

Studio: The house has a studio with a separate entrance and features a large bedroom with king size bed, desk and ample storage space. There is also a bathroom with a spacious hot water shower, toilet and sink
The house is fully furnished and decorated. Both the bedroom and the studio have air conditioning.

The house has recently been thoroughly renovated. This means, among other things, a new bathroom, new kitchen, new floors, lounge area, (outdoor) rain shower and everything outside has been painted.

About the location
Centrally located on the island. Nice base to all corners of the island. You can drive to the nearest beach of beautiful Mangel Halto in 7 minutes and to the airport in just over 5 minutes. Oranjestad is a 10-minute drive away. The hospital (HOH) is 13 km from the house. There are 2 supermarkets a few minutes' drive from the house.
Renting or owning a car is necessary.

About the conditions
Deposit: €350. For a stay of more than 4 weeks: €450.
Payment: 30% deposit upon reservation, 70% + deposit 6 weeks before arrival.
Prices include water & electricity, WiFi, cable TV, bed linen and (beach) towels. Beach chairs may also be used.
Minimum rental period: 1 week.
Cleaning: tenant is responsible for cleaning, if necessary. cleaning lady available at extra charge. Final cleaning: €75

My name is James and I have been coming to Aruba regularly for more than 30 years, partly because my father had this house there. I think it's a wonderful place and other people can also enjoy this oasis of peace. He completely renovated and expanded this house years ago.
The house has recently been thoroughly renovated. This means, among other things, a new bathroom, lounge area, (outdoor) rain shower and everything outside has been painted. The kitchen and floors in the main house are also completely new.

I went for three weeks in May / June 2014 in Aruba and have rented this house in Rooi Bosal. Beforehand I had email contact with the owner, which was identical fine, clear and familiar. Arriving at the airport, we were picked up by one of the managers, who received us very spontaneous and from herself gave different kinds of practical information during the ride. Once at the house, exceeded the size and location of the photos on Micazu. It's a great house and you lack nothing. It is for people who do not seek the trendy side of Aruba (Oranjestad and beyond) the perfect place to be and the perfect location to start exploring the island there and then discover that the nearest beach is the finest and the local bar almost around the corner in Spanish Leguna. There you get to know the locals who are very open, friendly and easy going. Oranjestad, the distance is fine to do (20 min.), Since the island is just not that big. And wherever you are been that day, you keep coming back to this house, which quickly feels like home and at the same time you realize you're in the middle knoek. Sincerely Monique
