Had a wonderful week with real Swedish winter weather, so grateful for the wood stoves and the cozy spaces. Very much available in the kitchen and everything worked properly.
We had a small problem with the water due to the extreme freezing cold, but that was solved very quickly by the manager.

A real Swedish cottage. Everything you need is there. You have all the space for yourself. Make a lovely campfire and sit outside. Cottage was super clean.

Nice location with lots of privacy for a relaxing holiday. Everything is really there. We enjoyed it. Behind the house there is a cycle path along the Klarälven. Supermarkets at 10 min by bike. Or by car via the 62 in a few min...

Nice location with lots of privacy for a relaxing holiday. Everything is really there. We enjoyed it. Behind the house there is a cycle path along the Klarälven. Supermarkets at 10 min by bike. Or by car via the 62 in a few minutes. This is sometimes audible in the garden, but we did not find it disturbing.

Very good equipped and very clean, everything is included in the Price (cleaning, electricity, towels and bedsheets…), quick answers on question…

Nice holiday home with a spacious garden. The location is centrally located and great as a base to explore the area. For us, the house had all the basic necessities. Overall a great stay.

What a lovely cottage to stay in the winter. The two wood-burning stoves make it a warm place in bitter cold in addition to the regular heating. The cozy living room, the complete kitchen and the spacious bedrooms complete the cottage. The bathroom is in need of renovation, but is fine. The spacious garden and quiet surroundings complete it.

We enjoyed this nice house with all the trimmings in a beautiful, quiet area. Especially being busy with the two wood stoves (kitchen in the morning and living room in the evening), walking, early dark and reading a lot gives a great, satisfied feeling in the winter period.
In addition, good base for activities (my visited, forest walks and a little further sled dog ride). Falling snow gives Hem Bram a fairytale character (see photo)

The house is a dream, we immediately felt safe and at home. It was all very clean and well maintained. A great job was done.
The contact with the owners was very pleasant and friendly.
