You are welcome in our three-storey Spanish holiday home "Altos del Golf" located in the south of Andalusia.
The beach and the hospitable water sports harbor of La Duquesa are less than 2 km away and are also easily accessible on foot or by bike.
Gibraltar and Sotogrande are not far away and are definitely worth a day trip. Altos del Golf borders the golf course of "La Duquesa Golf".
The holiday home is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and has garden furniture on both sides of the house to enjoy the outdoors all day long. Your own sunbeds are also at your disposal.
On the entrance side of the house there is a spacious open kitchen with an adjacent dining area for 6 people.
On the pool side there is a comfortable spacious seating area with a fireplace and next to it an area where the 50-inch television hangs.
The bedrooms, bathrooms, a balcony and the roof terrace are located on the first and second floors.
The master bedroom is spacious and has a private balcony, a double bed (180*200) and a dressing area with mirror cabinet.
Each of the other two bedrooms has two separate single beds (90*200).
All three bedrooms have a spacious private bathroom and an air conditioning unit that can cool and heat.
There is also plenty of storage space in the rooms at Altos del Golf.
The house is equipped with many amenities. There is a Bosch washer/dryer combination on the 2nd floor. You can park your car in front of the door in our private covered parking lot. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are also water toys for the pool and a camping bed for a baby.
Directly behind the house is a beautiful nature reserve with nice walking and cycling routes.
The BBQ is ready with a view of the swimming pool.
