We often stay in the Moraira - Denia - Xabia area and Casa Pilar has immediately become our favourite stay. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt welcome. The house (with fabulous views) was really immaculate and equipped with everything. Everything is also in perfect condition outside. The hammocks between the palm trees were personally our favorite reading spot :-)
Too bad for us that it is so often fully booked, but completely understandable!! Thank you again for everything and we are already looking forward to our next stay. Kind regards, Jan & Katrien

Fantastic accommodation. Clean, stylishly furnished and fully equipped. A lot of attention has been paid to the details and styling of the house, giving you the feeling of being 'at home'. Located in a quiet location with wide views of the surroundings. Warm welcome with a bottle of cava, fresh water and delicacies. Lots of nice extras and nice beds. The communication with Filippe and Tiny was quick, concrete and friendly. I haven't really been able to find any areas for improvement. An absolute must!!

What a beautiful stay, very nicely decorated, beautiful views, all amenities, friendly landlords who give you tips on activities,.... In short, a successful holiday that we would love to come back to.

Well, everything, but then everything arranged down to the last detail, too crazy for words. Privacy is of paramount importance to Tiny and Filippe. The house is super complete. 2 lovely bathrooms with rain shower. Kitchen with really everything. Under veranda large dining table, sitting area and lovely sunbeds that we have used almost daily in our 3 weeks. The sun in January is lovely in the afternoon! Don't forget, the pellet stove; super. Absolutely perfect! Best price-performance ratio! The casa is in a huge, wonderful garden with private entrance. The trampoline and the jacuzzi were our highlights as it was too cold for the pool :-) We were absolutely surprise...

Absolutely perfect! Best price-performance ratio! The casa is in a huge, wonderful garden with private entrance. The trampoline and the jacuzzi were our highlights as it was too cold for the pool :-) We were absolutely surprised by the interior design and the well-thought-out facilities, e.g. kitchen grinder, different glasses, a jug for Sangria, bathrobes, plastic champagne glasses for the jacuzzi, extra towels for the pool, many games and pool equipment, shower stuff, a bottle of good wine as a welcome treat with some snacks... I could go on and on - you won‘t miss anything! :) They even have two different colors of towels in the bathroom so you will know which one is yours and which one belongs to your partner/friend ;) The couch is very comfortable and the floor heating a nice extra to feel good. They also provide a welcome book with tips - we visited two recommended restaurants and were very happy with both! All in all: AMAZING!

It started with the pleasant contact with Tiny and the warm welcome from arrival.
The house looks really beautiful and is fully equipped.
The décor and bathrooms are beautiful and taken care of down to the last detail.

We enjoyed the beautiful garden, the sunsets, the great swimming pool and the lovely outdoor kitchen.
The trampoline at the house was a big hit with our eldest son.
The hammock between the palm trees is also highly recommended.

Actually, every description in these reviews does Casa Pilar a disservice!
That's why we asked Tiny and Filippe to come back again!

I can only say that we had a perfect week at Casa Pilar. The welcome was great and the children were also thought of! A lovely house with every evening enjoying the beautiful sunset and the beautiful view. The children prefer to spend the whole day in the pool, but also often go out in the area. There is so much beauty to see and do, and all within easy driving distance. Garden very nicely maintained, trampoline great for the kids and nice to be able to use the outdoor kitchen. We would love to come back again!
