We ended up here through the grapevine and we can only confirm the enthusiasm of our friends. We now also understand why the calendar is so often fully booked. The location is beautiful! We enjoyed the sun and the open view 100%. We also slept wonderfully here and the underfloor heating was new to us but is fantastic. We definitely recommend this casa.

We were warmly welcomed by Tiny and also because of the many information in the information folder, our first stay in Xabia was a hit. The house was very cosy. +++ points for the underfloor heating, the hot tub and the patio heater that made the winter evenings very cozy. Count us in for next year please!

Beautiful house with everything you can think of, lovely veranda, lots of privacy, also because the owners are hardly there, we liked that very much. The location is also quite good, by car it is a few minutes from the center. Highly recommended. A small point for improvement could perhaps be a comfortable sofa/lounge set outside.

Been back to this stay for the 3rd time. Every time there is nothing to complain about. Everything is always arranged down to the last detail. Heavenly beds to sleep in. Perfect stay! We'll book back anyway!

Ideal place for and great holiday. Our children enjoyed the trampoline, the XL swimming pool and the good wifi :-)) We enjoyed everything else!
