Lovely house. Beautiful swimming pool with outdoor kitchen where it was also wonderful to relax. There were delicious snacks and drinks ready on arrival. Lots of privacy. Also at the pool. Much appreciated.

The location of the house with regard to the view is superb, only for us it was really too remote. There is no possibility to do anything on foot outside the property, car is necessary for everything.

We were warmly welcomed by Tiny and also because of the many information in the information folder, our first stay in Xabia was a hit. The house was very cosy. +++ points for the underfloor heating, the hot tub and the patio heater that made the winter evenings very cozy. Count us in for next year please!

The location is also quite good, by car it is a few minutes from the center. Highly recommended. A small point for improvement could perhaps be a comfortable sofa/lounge set outside.
