Through mediation through Micazu, we have once again had the privilege of receiving good and neat tenants in our home.
We are constantly working on our gite/home to keep them up to date and cared for, this beautiful review is an indication to us that people appreciate our efforts.
Despite the rain, we were able to take a sporty walk with the tenants. This under the motto that the rain can't spoil the fun.
This is also the time for us to get to know our tenants a little better. This creates a somewhat different bond than when you only receive the tenants and try to leave. A pleasant chat during the walk is never far away.

We had an "open" communication from the arrival, this makes it even more pleasant for us.
After weeks of sunshine and sometimes extreme heat, the weather conditions were a bit less during your visit. This is the only parameter that we cannot influence.
But as you yourself indicated, the hot tub, and other infrastructure such as sauna, heated swimming pool and massage shower can provide some extra distraction, and the meteo is also a bit less favorable.

As a landlord you hope that you will get this kind of rental company visiting, we can already recommend this group as "good and correct tenants".

The party consisted of a group of young ladies.

This group wanted a sporty walk with climbing and descending. We have put our money where our mouth is.
That's fun for us too, it allows us to get to know the tenants in a different way. With this group we had a pleasant walk with some funny situations that, we suspect, will stay with us for a while.

Well, that is also the case in the other direction, we have had tenants visit us who not only appreciated our infrastructure but also knew how to move into and leave the house with the right respect.
We can recommend these tenants as correct and neat tenants, even more so for these types of tenants you do your best to make them feel at home.
