We like to receive our guests personally and show them around the house so that you can start your stay immediately and independently without having to search through folders and manuals.
The walk is a small gift that we offer our guests. There are plenty of beautiful spots near the house that we like to share with our visitors. We are avid hikers and a walk with our guests is also a pleasant experience for us. And during this walk we can get to know each other a little better.
We have also rented several times in the Ardennes in the distant past, from these experiences we have tried to include useful information and promotions in our rental.
We thank you in advance for choosing our holiday home. You are/were correct tenants and pleasant walking company.

Just for your information, in the past there have been numerous complaints in the region and other holiday homes regarding nuisance caused by tenants in holiday homes. In response, the province and municipalities have drawn up police regulations for the attention of landlords and tenants. The most important thing is that you respect the rest after 22:00 and before 06:00 in the morning. We are in the process of adding extra vegetation and plantings, "green" that not only generates even more privacy but will also dampen any noise. Most people come to the Ardennes for the peace and nature. Out of respect for local residents and other holiday homes in the area, we kindly ask you to limit any noise nuisance. This works quite well because people are more and more understanding and respectful. We were already happy that you chose Diamar.
