By the way, we already have plans for the next new project.
Under the motto "standing still is going backwards", our goal is to constantly improve the house and add something extra.
We have no impact on what the weather gods will present to us, so we have to make sure that there is something to do even with less good weather.

We have a number of tenants who remain loyal to us, including you. It can also be said that this gives us enormous pleasure and gives us the motivation to continuously work on the comfort and well-being of our tenants.

Contact and communication with our tenants is important to us.
We think it's only natural that we can assist you with answers and information. So not only "key delivery" but also aftercare.

The garden and its facilities have received a lot of attention.
In our opinion, we have to offer a package for young and old and with facilities for good and less good weather conditions.
The cleaning lady did not have any comment after your departure, i.e. you left the house neat, tidy and in accordance with the points of attention.

All that remains is to thank you for choosing our holiday home.

You will read several times in previous answers to reviews that we can receive nice and correct tenants through micazu, that was no different now.
You can already feel that a bit with the first contacts and meeting that it is "right", the "click" was there immediately from our side.
We have experienced the sporty walks together, you are very pleasant walking company with interests in nature, fauna & flora, history. Because you will meet all this during this walk. Also a big feather in the cap of the 2 girls (children) who completed this walk without any problems. After the walk we drank a "Trappist" together and chatted a bit. Overall for us it was a very nice experience!

In our opinion, this gives an extra dimension to your preparations.
The meteo was good, anyway and in Dutch way "that saves a sip on the drink".
You also had the scoop on the jacuzzi facility in the hot tub, the new hot tub heater and the new UV-C device at the pool and hot tub.
We were happy to receive a pleasant and fun rental company again through our partner micazu (and this for years now).

Everything starts with the meteo, of course. If you're lucky, there are so many opportunities in the region.
You can spend hours walking, cycling, horseback riding and others in the area.
We can see from the photos you have attached that you have visited Bastogne. Most of us know the World War II episode from the movies.
The Ardennes offensive took place in and around Bastogne, "The Battle of the bulge".
In Bastogne, there is a nice picture of what happened there.
For us it is nice to read that you had a pleasant and relaxing week. The Ardennes are an environment where you can relax and enjoy nature.

The meteo determines the success or failure of a holiday several times.

Too bad the weather conditions weren't so great. The tenants of the days before actually had spring weather and were able to go for a long walk.
Normally we would have taken a guided walk with you, the meteo did not allow that.
Fortunately, the hot tub, sauna, haman, wifi, satellite TV can compensate for this.
It may also be reported that you have left the house neatly and in accordance with the points of attention upon departure.
We can recommend these tenants as good and correct tenants.
