Decent cottage. Not necessarily luxurious, but fully equipped and functional for the place. Centrally located in a beautiful nature reserve. From the cottage you can walk straight to the village or into the beautiful nature. Friendly caretaker (French speaking) and owners (Dutch speaking). The small misunderstandings that existed were immediately addressed.

Location beautiful. We found the apartment not clean and fresh. Furnishings messy and dated (70s)

A wonderful place to unwind. Located on the banks of the Semois, close to a picturesque village and a stone's throw from the French border.

A wonderful place to unwind. Located on the banks of the Semois, close to a picturesque village and a stone's throw from the French border.
The owners are super friendly and helpful, and everything is well maintained. Spotless sanitary facilities and beautiful large garden.
Within walking/cycling distance you have plenty of activities and you can also rent electric bicycles to go out for a day.
Highly recommended, definitely see you soon!

Lots of space, both inside (our comparison is camping) and certainly outside. Beautiful location, near village, relaxing view, beautiful sanitary facilities, friendly and involved managers, respond quickly to contact questions, both for our booking and during the use of their home.
Less positive was the noisiness (unless you have a curious nature yourself; we heard what neighbor toddlers were and were not allowed on their sandwich and what those children thought of it. All in good family harmony, without raising your voice. Wasn't a problem for us, but realizing that the neighbors also heard which chips are popular with our teenagers, and perhaps could listen in on some more embarrassing teenage conversation topics 😉 :)
Wifi was mediocre in rain/heavier clouds.
We have celebrated a wonderful holiday in this house.

A great house, clean and everything is there. Floor of the upstairs apartment creaks, making it look like someone is walking into your bedroom at night. We couldn't find garden furniture.

What a lovely house and beautiful surroundings! Fully equipped, huge garden and wonderfully quiet location. A short walk to the center and the river (swimming, paddling and canoeing at high tide).
The beds are new and comfortable, the only downside we found is that they are narrow 140 wide and 2 persons (we are not used to it haha...)
