The holiday home (with 3 apartments) is located in Bohan sur Semois, a typical Ardennes village in the valley of the Semois, belonging to the municipality of Vresse sur Semois.

A stone's throw from the French grans (2 km) you will be in a beautiful nature. In the hospitable centre of the village you can enjoy the numerous cafes and restaurants. Also in the local supermarket, and at the numerous butchers and bakers, the inner man can be strengthened. The Semois, which flows just in front of the holiday home, is a paradise for fishermen and several hikes depart from the village.
A few kilometers further on the French territory, there is the possibility of sailing and windsurfing.
During a canoe trip from Alle (18 km) or from Vresse (11 km) to Bohan you can admire nature in all its splendor.

Under a snowy landscape during the winter, cross-country ski trails are available.
During the summer holidays, various events are organized by the tourist office of Vresse and its suburbs, the flea markets, fairs, fireworks, riding school festivals, etc., are attended by many tourists.

Sedan and Charleville-Meziers are the larger cities in the north of France, where shopping is more than worthwhile and you can also visit one of the largest castles in Europe in Sedan as well as catch a football match in the upper French division. Also Reims and the champagne route is not so far away.

Did you know that Bohan is the only place in Belgium where people speak Champenois, the regional language of Champagne, the rest of the province is Walloon-speaking. Tobacco cultivation and manufacturing used to occur in Bohan. You can also see some old drying sheds in the area.
