Villa Catherina is a beautiful, spacious house with 2 apartments on the ground floor and basement. There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In addition to the beautiful pool, there are several terraces with plenty of seating and a barbecue area.

There are actually no disadvantages of the holiday home, as you live undisturbed at the end of a cul-de-sac without through traffic.

The villa is equipped with all desirable amenities and of good quality. There is a high level of privacy around the villa with fantastic views from the terraces.

The quiet cul-de-sac and the beautiful small-scale beach of El Portet within walking distance make it a very pleasant location.

Moraira is a nice village with many nice restaurants and bars. We will definitely come back again.

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Catherina. The house has a beautiful appearance and a very nice view from the very spacious terrace.

Well maintained and equipped villa, lying on a hill with nice views. Spacious inside and out. Located in a quiet neighborhood, on a dead end street last. So no traffic in front of the door. Both the beach and the center are easy to do on foot. You have to take into account a considerable height difference.

A lovely house with beautiful views. Nice and quiet and within walking distance (via a staircase) from a quiet small beach. Just walk about 15 minutes further and you are on the large beach of Moraira. Arrival very pleasantly arranged. We were with 3 adult children and their supporters and a grandchild of 2 years old. Ideal house for such a company. It was also super clean in the house.
It's that we never go to the same thing twice, but otherwise it's definitely worth repeating.

In June 2019 we stayed last minute for a week in villa Renate El Portet. Since there were only two of us, we only had access to the upper floor. The reception via the Dutch manager on site and contact with the owner via email was very friendly and well arranged. We have been to Moraira before, but the location of this villa is perfect. In a 10-minute walk you can walk to the beach and small supermarket (75 steps), and in 20 minutes to the cozy terraces and restaurants in Moraira. The interior of the villa is very complete, the pool is lovely and the view is fantastic despite no sea view. We had the misfortune that it was very windy for a few days, so we had to fold the umbrellas at the pool, but that problem can also happen to you on the beach. Definitely worth repeating!

Location is great if you want to enjoy a quiet and private holiday, beautiful view from the nice pool.
At the pool there could be more shade, the three umbrellas that are of poor quality did not offer enough shade for all people in the house.
Furthermore, the house is furnished with everything you need, the only point is that the power can sometimes fail due to the use of several electrical appliances. This is especially true in the evening when the children are in bed with air conditioning and you still want to turn on the dishwasher.
Ground floor had little lighting and the fridge close to the pool didn't cool well so you had to walk far for your drink.
If you want to go to the beach a lot with children and all the stuff that goes with it, it is still quite a challenge to walk down the stairs to the beach, many uneven stairs where the condition is very bad. But once you are on the beach of el portet it is quickly forgotten, this beach is small but very nice and up to 50 meters very shallow so that children have plenty of space to play.

Apart from these small points, we had a wonderful holiday and in case of problems, the managers were there for us 24/7.
House is really fine but a car is a must, Everything is within walking distance but with a lot of height difference it is quite a tough walk. (Or you can take the tourist train from the beach to Moraira for 2; 50 pp
