Including air conditioning. A short distance from Kobarid and Tolmin (large supermarkets). Many places of interest nearby, but keep in mind travel time.

We were here in a week in June with a temperature of over 30°.
If the residents of the 1st floor are sitting on the balcony with six people, there is noise nuisance on the terrace of the apartment on the ground floor. Incidentally, we misjudged the location of the terrace when booking and did not experience it as pleasant on the spot. This terrace is adjacent to the driveway, where our car had to be parked plus that of the tenants of the 1st floor. Sometimes we looked out on 3 cars. In addition, there is no privacy. The terrace is in the shade, but the sun is on that side of the house in the afternoon and then it gets so hot that we couldn't sit there. Fortunately, there was the possibility to move to the nice and spacious garden, where with some effort a strip of shade could be found. A tip to the otherwise very friendly and helpful host is to adapt the presentation on the website and provide a parasol in the garden.

Nice apartment, friendly manager and who also gave good tips about sights. The setting was quite beautiful.
