The rent of this holiday home was low, but it was not worth the price anymore. Especially the hygiene and the terrace outside was disappointing. The terrace was not maintained at all, so we would have had to sit through the weeds if we wanted to recreate outside.

I was able to reach the owner well, which was nice.

During the summer holidays we spent a week in Les Bouleaux 2. There is plenty to do in the Allos area.

During the summer holidays we spent a week in Les Bouleaux 2. There is plenty to do in the Allos area.
The house is somewhat hidden in the shade of the trees, so it is a bit dark inside and also pleasantly cool. The living room and bedroom are perfectly spacious and the bathroom with bath is a big treat after a walk. The house has everything we needed, with the oven being a nice extra. With the supermarket and bakery within easy reach at a short walking distance (descent) (back uphill, but that makes the fresh bread even tastier).
The only thing we really found a bit disturbing was the creaky wooden floor. Getting out of bed early on my own was not an option ;)

The cottage is messy. Kitchen inventory is a hodgepodge of old stuff, chairs and floors are worn out. Bathroom is basic, unfortunately the boiler also fails regularly. Outdoor space is uncozy, old table with dirty chairs. Allo...

The cottage is messy. Kitchen inventory is a hodgepodge of old stuff, chairs and floors are worn out. Bathroom is basic, unfortunately the boiler also fails regularly. Outdoor space is uncozy, old table with dirty chairs. Allos and surroundings are beautiful, and this house is very well within walking distance of the village. Swimming lake is nice and the Lac D'Allos is beautiful.
