Love at first sight, that's what it was 20 years ago. We saw Casa Maria (then Casa Feliz was still called that): the perfect pool and super view and then we couldn't think about anything else for weeks.... Unfortunately, the house was sold under our noses! What bad luck, but it can be strange, after two months we were called, we were lucky: the sale could not go through and we were fortunately allowed to buy 'our' house, hence Casa Feliz.
In the meantime we have also bought Finca Los Dioses (as a ruin) and completely refurbished the Casa and the Studio and since 5 years we also rent out Los Dioses. The difference between these two is the super view (= Casa Feliz) and the authenticity and shelter (= Los Dioses). Los Dioses is larger than Casa Feliz and has more terraces and is located in the valley (but also a nice view from the roof terrace).
The similarity is: we are away from both houses and both houses have a (solar) heated swimming pool. The distance between Casa Feliz and Los Dioses is 3 km.
