Welcome to this brand new detached house of more than 250 m2 with double garage, built in 2023.
4 bedrooms, study, 3 bathrooms and beautiful panoramic views of the forest.
It is located in a quiet and wooded area, in a residential area with houses on large plots. The house has an open layout with a spacious living room with high ceilings and cornices, equipped with a cozy sitting area, a gourmet kitchen with large kitchen island and 4 stools, a breakfast area with pub table and chairs and a formal dining area.
The kitchen: fully built-in appliances. Gourmet kitchen, boost induction hob with extractor hood, dishwashing machine. Special pans for the boost induction hob are present.
There is a cot for children up to 5 years old. Excellent for a large family or for 2 families who want to be together for a week or more separately but still together.
Outside space with summer kitchen (2 gas burners and fully built-in gas grill). Pans and other cooking utensils for the gas under the sink and burners.
Total area of the site is about 11000m2 (yes you read that right), No view by other neighbors. Water supply: From our own well by means of the Osmosys System, so that the water feels very soft on the skin and does not cause irritation. Measurements of air clearance: Because of many trees and greenery around you it is always good.

- Fourth bedroom with 2 single beds TV and wardrobe
- 3rd bathroom is located between the 3rd and 4th bedroom (bath/shower combination, bathroom furniture with sink, toilet)
- Children's crib for children up to 5 years young available.
The large covered terrace is furnished for relaxing and eating meals that you can prepare in the outdoor kitchen with built-in grill and burners. The heated swimming pool with hot tub has a spacious terrace with sunbeds. The lanai and the terrace with swimming pool are closed with screens, so you will not be bothered by mosquitoes and other insects. The view through the panorama screens on the palms and other (sub)tropical vegetation is overwhelming. The size of the plot with screensl is 110 meters x 100 meters and gives you total privacy due to the vegetation
Only in the winter months is $20/day for heating the pool and hot tub. Rental period minimum 28 days in winter and 7 days from May to October
What to do in the area,
- CREW BIRD ROOKERY SWAMP TRAIL where one can cycle, hike, (watch out for the aligators)
Admission is free but a voluntary contribution is welcome. It is a short 10-minute drive from home.
- CORKSCREW SWAMP - After Crew Bird Rookery swamp Trail continue for another 5 minutes. There is also a boardwalk accessible also for wheelchairs, entrance fee $15 per person, longer and shorter walks, absolutely recommended
-BIG Corkscrew Island Regional Park on 810 39th Ave NE is for an unforgettable experience for all ages. water park, wellness, playground for children etc.
- less than 10 minutes by car is Founders Square with the following restaurants: Skillets, Fuji Sushi Bar & Asian Bistro, South Street City Oven & Grill, Palumbo's Pizzeria etc,
- 15-10 minutes Seed to Table a special experience shopping, shopping, going out, eating out with live music every day until late in the evening, Fridays and Saturdays until 2 in the morning.
- 10 to 15 minutes of driving Mercato with its expensive shops and restaurants
- 20 minutes by car Delnor Wiggings State Park with a beautiful beach and park and Vanderbuilt beach.
- NORTH COLLIER Regional Park with many sports opportunities
