My villa in Orlando

My villa in Orlando has been our magical place of tranquility and luxury in Sunshine State Florida since 2015.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, free Wi-Fi and free local telephone calls. In the family room there is a very spacious and cozy seat, a 50 '' flat screen TV and play station 3. All bedrooms have their own TV recently. The garage is furnished as a games room with pool billiards, air hockey, darts and basketball.

Our villa has a very spacious swimming pool and patio. The pool can be heated all year round at an additional cost. Extra heating is recommended in the winter months (November to April). Terrace and swimming pool have plenty of privacy and are fully equipped with a screen against mosquitoes. A part of the patio has a covered lanai. Unlike many other villas, our villa has a spacious terrace with luxury patio furniture with sufficient seating. There are also 4 sun loungers. Florida is about living outside. You can use the gas BBQ and bicycles for a small extra charge.

Our house is the perfect place to relax after a busy day in one of the theme parks or the many shopping centers.

The villa is located in Clear Creek. This beautifully maintained extremely quiet, child-friendly and much-loved community is highly regarded and has lots of greenery and palm trees, is located on US-hwy 27. Located close to all theme parks, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, golf courses, etc.
