Amazing pool and close to Disney

Words are not enough to describe the tranquility when enjoying your breakfast outside in the lanai , overlooking the oversized pool and lake view.

This villa has it all, huge 75" 4K smartTV , all rooms and the outside lanai are equipped with smart TV's and have streaming services like Netflix.There is a large King master with access to the pool area, a queen room, a twin room (who can share the master bathroom)a kids room with 2 bunkbeds, whcih makes it possible to sleep with 10 (1 larger, or 2 families)

Located only 15 minutes from Disney, and easy access to the I4.the house is located in the gated community called Grand reserve, mins from publix, champions gate with all its new restaurants. close to posner park, but still so remote so you can enjoy the peace and quiet.

the pool has solar heating so will be a comfortable temperture all year, during colder months you can order additional poolheat (weather permitting) spa heat is free all year round!
