Dining room, kitchen and halls are tiled. Unit is fully equipped; Smart TV in living room (with Netflix) and in the master bedroom. Central A/C , ceiling fans in each BR, Cable TV, DVD with several movies to select from is provided, towels and linens, washer and dryer, built hair dryer. Community amenities include 2 heated pools, hot tub, Jacuzzi, tennis court, volley ball court, fitness center, arcade and children's play area. BBQ's are available in the Common area next to pool.
