the house has all the comfort you get at home plus more! considering you will have your own private pool overviewing the lake behind the house. This will make staying at the home, even more enjoyable.


With 2 master (King) bedooms located on the first floor (ground floor), the house is also suitable for the ones who has difficulty with the stairs .The 3rd master (queen) is located on the second floor.

All rooms have streaming smart tv's (ROKU) so you will not miss out on any entertainment, Netflix is also availebleThe kitchen is equipped with all the tools you need (let us know if you're missing out on something) For the smaller kids, there is a playground right across the house there is a fence around it, but parents SUPERVISE, inside the community there are tennis courts, beach volleybal courts..

Award winning  Champions Gate Golf courses are just 5 minutes away from the villa. Highlands reserve is across the road! There are numerous other golf courses in the area that caters visitors at all levels.

The Gulf Coast with the soft white sands of St Petersburg and Clearwater is just 70 minutes away going west, and going east is the Atlantic Coast of Cocoa Beach which is only an hour's drive.
