In total there are 3 bathrooms, 1x with bath/shower and toilet. The other 2 bathrooms have a shower and toilet. There is also an extra toilet on the ground floor. All bathrooms were renovated in 2020.

The living room has a 65 inch Smart TV with many stations, including sports channels. There is also a WiFi internet connection.

Most rooms in the house are equipped with a SONOS sound system.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has an extensive inventory of pans, cutlery, etc.
