Our luxury villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private walk-in dressing room. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and shower. Each bedroom also has its own LED TV.
The living accommodation consists of a family sitting room and dining room with double doors to the pool. The living area also has a 55 inch smart TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The pool is fully screened and is equipped with table and chairs. Villa is located at a dead end on a lake in a residential area, which means tranquility and little or no traffic. Large 2 car garage. Washer and dryer available in the garage. Free telephone for national calls, free wifi and cable TV with more than 200 channels available.
The swimming pool with terrace is fully oriented to the south, so sun all day. Possibility to book pool heating.
You are only 15 minutes away from the theme parks such as Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios, etc...
Shops are within walking distance.

Our villa has all the elements for a careless, relaxing and peaceful holiday. You can for example enjoy the sun on the pool terrace and regularly take a refreshing dip. You are also only a quarter of an hour away from all theme parks in the area: Seaworld, Disney World, Universal Studios, etc ...
Shopping is possible day and night at the Walmart and until 9 pm at Aldi, both shops just around the corner. Kissimmee has a lot to offer : s.a. Old Town, restaurants, Disney Springs, etc ...

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will receive a refund of 100% of the amount they paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise, they will not be refunded.
