Villa A touch of Dutch is a luxurious and spacious 4 bedroom villa, suitable for 8 people, beautifully situated on the gated community Solterra Resort; just outside of Orlando. Solterra Resort allows you to enjoy the most beautiful facilities including a lazy river. It is a 15-minute drive from Walt Disney World, 30 minutes from Orlando airport and centrally located to all of the famous attractions.

During your stay you will be able to enjoy it, as this home is fully equipped and provides you with all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home.

We are Robert-Jan and Caroline and America has stolen our heart as a holiday country. In 2017 we were lucky we could buy our own villa at the beautiful, new Solterra Resort, Orlando area, Florida.

Extra price information

  • These prices include all costs such as local taxes, energy, water and final cleaning, but excluding pool heating. Only in case the rental period is shorter than one week, there will be a €100 cleaning fee.
  • For a rental period longer than one month, please contact us for a customized quote.
  • The costs for pool heating amount to €20 per day, but this is usually not required during the period May to September (depending on the weather).
  • For payment via PayPal (by credit card or otherwise), 3.5% will be charged to the cost. For bank transfer, or payment in Bitcoins, Ethereum, Litecoin or Ripple (at the rate at the time of payment), no extra costs will be charged.
  • When booking, a deposit of €300 which will also be a deposit will be requested. If canceled up to 3 months before arrival, this amount will be refunded.
  • The total amount due for rent must be paid one month before arrival. In case of cancellation within one month before arrival, the total amount is due in principle (except if the villa can still be rented) and the deposit will be refunded.
