Welcome to this lovely townhome (corner house) with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and a private hot tub!

The house was recently purchased and has beautiful views of greenery. The house has new furniture in the living room, several new TVs with the option to watch your own Netflix. The internet is super fast fiber and the TV package also includes HBO.

The ground floor has a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and a large 65-inch TV, a separate toilet with sink, an open kitchen and a dining area with seating for eight people.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom, another bedroom with a queen size bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. The second bathroom is located in the hallway between the double bedrooms and the master bedrooms.

Outside, on the terrace, there are two lounge chairs, a dining area and a hot tub – and it is free to use. From the patio you have an unobstructed view of a water feature and lawn with woods, giving you sufficient privacy on the patio.

The house is centrally located just a stone's throw from Disney. There are several easy ways to reach Disney, which is only about 4.5 miles away. The famous US192, known for its many restaurants, shops and attractions, is also nearby.

The house is located in a quiet and gated resort with 24/7 security. The resort has two large swimming pools, one with zero entry level (simulation of a beach), a beautiful spa, a gym, a restaurant with simple lunch dishes and a beautiful lake with a walking path around the lake.

The Encantada Resort where the home is located is just minutes from Disney and other Orlando attractions. The resort has many pools, a gym, a snack bar and a beautiful path along the lake.

You can park on the street in front of the house and you can use all the resort amenities free of charge.
