Solterra Resort lets you enjoy the most beautiful facilities including a lazy river. Here you are a 15-minute drive from Walt Disney World, 30 minutes from Orlando airport and centrally located to all the famous attractions. During your stay you will be able to enjoy yourself to the fullest because this house is fully equipped and offers you all the necessities to feel completely at home.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

  • These prices include all costs such as local taxes, energy and water but do not include pool heating and final cleaning. 
  • For a rental period longer than one month, please contact us for a tailor-made offer.
  • The costs for the final cleaning are a one-time fee of € 170.
  • The cost for pool heating is €35 per day, but this is normally not necessary in the period May to September (depending on weather conditions).
  • For payment via PayPal (by credit card or otherwise) 3.75% costs will be charged. Of course, there are no extra costs for bank transfers.
  • When booking, a deposit of €250 is requested which will serve as a deposit. In case of cancellation up to 3 months before arrival, this amount will be refunded.
  • The total amount due for the rental must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival, the total amount is due (except if the villa can still be rented) and the deposit will be refunded.
