Our villa Forewood is beautifully situated in the Highlands Reserve golf community, in Davenport. A 20-minute drive from the Disney theme parks and Seaworld and Universal Studios a 40-minute drive. A truly fantastic place on the golf course with a south-facing swimming pool and terrace.

The villa and pool are maintained to the highest standards in collaboration with a local management company in Highlands Reserve.

In 2014 we, Peter and Maresca, bought our villa in Highlands Reserve. After coming to the park for many years, we took the step and purchased our own villa.
We have furnished our house in a European style. In 2018 we completely renovated the swimming pool and in 2022 we will provide the entire house with new laminate. The guest bathroom was renovated in 2024.
We hope that you will enjoy our villa just like us.

The pool, nice and big.
In the formal dinning room you will find a bookcase with books, DVDs and various games.
In the living room you will find a 4k TV with many free channels. and a DVD player with a wide selection of DVDs in the cupboard. It is also possible to stream your own Netflix.
The living room with comfortable seating, a day after a good night for the dutch tv hanging is not to be sneezed at.
