Book our delightful home in Davenport Florida. Our home is in a small community but close to 27 and 192. It is close to Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studio. In the evening you can regularly see the Disney fireworks, if you stand in the front of the garden. In the backyard is our swimming pool, and lounge chairs for a wonderful relaxing moment on a nice warm day. Cooking a meal is also easy to do, there is an oven, hob, microwave, etc. The publix and walmart are both 5 minutes away by car, and there is also an Aldi nearby. A drive to the beach is about an hour, both to the Atlantic Ocean and to the Mexican Gulf. It is about a 45-minute drive from Orlando airport. Buy the visitor toll pass at the airport and you can simply drive on the toll road at a reduced rate.

We have been renting out our house since 2010. We have a local manager, of Dutch origin. The temperature is usually very pleasant all year round, with sometimes a single day in winter with lower temperatures, but then our house is thumb enough to entertain you there.
