Our spacious 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom with a beautiful pool and spa is perfect to accommodate one large family or two smaller families.
Our home is located in the Four Corners community in Davenport, Florida less than eight minutes from the Disney World exit off of I-4.
This luxurious home is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, ample dining and living space with high speed wireless internet, an airconditioned game room with a pool table, air hockey, foosball (table soccer), 55' LED ROKU TV, with a Blueray player with Netflix in the family room.
All Bedrooms are equipped with smart tv's (ROKU)The screened in pool/spa is 14 feet x 28 feet and ranges in depths of three feet to five feet. The spa is the perfect place for adults to relax while the children play in the pool (pool/spa heat is available for an extra charge - optional). The pool area also includes two chaise lounges and seating for four around the table under the covered lanai.
The yard is surrounded by a six foot fence for added privacy while the western exposure allows for viewing Florida's beautiful sunsets.
