The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, washbasin with large mirror, toilet, sufficient storage space, hand soap, soft towels, hair dryer, scales and a radiator for the towels.
The Arenal boulavard is ideal for young and old. You will find many trendy bars, restaurants ... and for the little ones there are various playgrounds on the beach.
The master bedroom is equipped with a spacious box spring, wonderful mattress and various pillow models. There is also air conditioning & sufficient storage space. The window has a roller shutter and a mosquito barrier.
You can reach the terrace through the large sliding window in the living room. The direction of the terrace is SE
The apartment also has a swimming pool, a storage room with beach equipment on the ground floor and a covered private parking space. This way you don't lose time looking for a parking space

The open kitchen was designed by us and the worktop is, for example, slightly higher than the standard kitchens

The cupboards are filled with beautiful crockery, various glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils... Everything is there that you expect in a kitchen + many extras (oil, spices, mixer, bottle opener, can opener, wine cooler, carafe, bread baskets, egg cups... .)

From the living room you have access to the terrace through the sliding window. Due to the presence of large sliding windows, you also have a lot of light in the living space.
The flat screen TV has TV Flanders and Google Chromecast. The wifi is of very good quality.

The master bedroom has a box spring bed of 180x210 with a top quality mattress of 30 cm. There is also air conditioning, a window with a view of the garden, mosquito window & roller shutter and a spacious built-in closet. (there is also heating available)

During the Christmas holidays we provide attractive decoration.
You have no view of the terrace and can enjoy a sunny breakfast in peace... A parasol, drying rack and fan are also provided.
From the terrace you have a perfect view of the pool.
Isn't it wonderful... having breakfast with a view of palm trees :-) There are 2 delicious bakeries nearby and of course you can also have breakfast anywhere along the boulevard :-)

Next to the swimming pool you will find the private storage room with beach chairs, sun beds...
In the private storage room on the ground floor there is room for bicycles, surfboards, a golf bag.... Beach chairs, sunbeds, parasols & toys are standard in the storage room. Bicycles are NOT available (bicycles in the photo are for example only)
The Arenal boulavard is ideal for young and old. You will find many trendy bars, restaurants... and for the little ones there are several playgrounds on the beach.
On top of the terrace of 'La bambula' you have a beautiful view of the beach and the Montgo... It is also very nice to sit there & they serve delicious dishes! (5' walk from the apartment)
It is delicious to have breakfast in one of the many bars near the beach.
The Spaniards prefer to have breakfast outdoors! You can find a delicious tostada with tomato or a croissant in almost every catering establishment ... And if it may be a little more elaborate, you will certainly find something you like in one of the cooler bars ... Photo = Cala Bandida (port)
