An attractive holiday home in the Brabant landscape. The house is located in a beautiful natural environment, just outside the town of Baarle-Nassau. The house is ideal for families with children and nature lovers. Here you will find a spacious living room with fireplace and open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 study and 2 bathrooms for 6 people. Here you will experience a wonderful holiday!

The house is located on the outside of Parc de Kievit. Very private location. While 5 minutes by bike you can use the tennis courts, swimming pool and brasserie
From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the large forest garden (with table tennis table) and through the garden gate you can walk straight into the woods.

The house has recently been completely painted and refurbished. Additional heaters have also been added in the basement.

If you like private, space, peace, quiet and not average, you have come to the right place. If you like cycling, walking, (table) tennis, swimming or a drink, you are also in the right place. At least we think so. Our house is decorated the way we like it. Books, music, games, toys. Upon arrival you will be received with open arms for the key and a short tour.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

When booking for the use of 1 bedroom (max 2 persons) there is a discount of 10% on the rent

The cleaning costs are EUR 75,- For use only upper floor (2 persons) EUR 50,-
Per person EUR 15 for made beds and (bath) towels

From November to March incl gas up to an amount of EUR 50

Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation three months before the booking (arrival date), full payment will be refunded.
If cancelled between 1-2 months before booking, 50% of the payment will be refunded. The other 50% will be "kept" and reserved if a new booking is made within 6 months.
In case of cancellation 0-1 month before booking, the full amount must be paid. The deposit will be "kept" if a new booking is made within 6 months.

The house is very private. But you can use the various facilities that the park has to offer. Including a swimming pool (and 1 separately for small children). Tennis courts, crazy golf, playground and a brasserie where you can eat or just a drink.
