Village street and ski lift less than 100 meters walk.

Chalet Lavendel has 8 apartments. Our apartment is located on the 1st floor, has 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms (1 with toilet, sinks and bath, 1 with toilet, sink and shower).

Large living room with open kitchen and large dining table (total area apartment 100 m2), balcony on 2 sides with beautiful views of the Weltcup slope and the Engstligenalp. On the side is an access to a private lawn with terrace.

On the ground floor is a lockable storage room for bicycles / skis / shoes / etc., and you can park the car in the underground parking garage. The house has a common laundry room with washing machine.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

We, Paul and Tanja Teeuwen, have been coming to Adelboden all our lives, and with us also our children and grandchildren. Adelboden is a regular meeting point for our family where we greatly enjoy the nature, the skiing opportunities and the hospitality of the residents of this beautiful authentic village.
We are happy to share our apartment with those families who want to get to know Adelboden or who already feel at home here. The apartment has a high level of quality and we would like to keep it that way.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
